What we typically clear out of garages

Bentonville garages have a pattern. New build, two-car, finished floor, eventually filled with the overflow from a growing family. Five years in, you can't park in it. Ten years in, you can barely walk through it. Twenty years in, half the stuff hasn't been touched since the year you moved in.

Here's the usual lineup of what we haul out:

• Outdated paint, stains, and solvents — half-used cans from the move-in renovation, eight years past their useful life. We handle these per Arkansas hazardous waste guidelines.
• Broken or outdated lawn equipment — that mower that hasn't run in three summers, weed eaters with no string head, blowers that smoke.
• Old electronics — CRT TVs, dead computers, ancient stereos. We recycle these properly.
• Sports and hobby gear — kid bikes outgrown, bowflex bought in 2018 and used six times, kayak you keep meaning to use.
• Boxes you've never opened — labeled or unlabeled, moved from house to house, never unpacked. We sort or haul, your call.
• Old appliances — broken fridges, washing machines, microwaves stacked in corners.
• General junk — broken patio furniture, dried-out garden hoses, dead Christmas trees, kid toys.

Pricing & how long it takes

Garage cleanouts typically run $300 to $700 depending on volume. A standard two-car garage with normal accumulation is usually right in the middle of that range. A packed-floor-to-ceiling situation might run higher. A garage with mostly clean floor and just a few items pushes lower.

Most garage jobs are 2-4 hours of crew time. We can almost always schedule within 24-48 hours of your call, and same-day is available if you call before noon.

What you don't have to do

Pre-sort. Move things to the driveway. Identify what's "trash" vs "not." We do all of that with you, on the spot. Just show us the garage, tell us what you want to keep (if anything), and we'll handle the rest.
