Bentonville Cleanout Pros SMS Program (the "Program"), operated by SkyVault Digital LLC.

Program description

By opting in to our SMS Program, you agree to receive text messages from Bentonville Cleanout Pros regarding your cleanout service inquiry. Messages may include:

  • Quote responses to your service inquiry
  • Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
  • On-the-way notifications when our crew is en route
  • Job completion confirmations and invoice links
  • Follow-up communications related to the requested service
  • Replies to questions you send us by text

We send messages only in response to customer-initiated inquiries. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.

How to opt in

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

Typically, you will receive between 2 and 10 messages over the course of an active cleanout inquiry (from initial quote through job completion and follow-up). We do not send recurring messages outside the context of an active service request.

This service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and most other carriers in the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

To participate in the SMS Program, you must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide, or have authorization from the account holder. You must reside in the United States and have a U.S. wireless carrier service plan.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through SMS is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via SMS or by updating this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
