What we mean by "general cleanouts"
The other pages on this site cover specific situations: estates, foreclosures, hoarder homes, garages. This page is for everything else — the long tail of cleanout scenarios that don't fit a neat category.
Basement cleanouts
Bentonville isn't a basement-heavy market, but plenty of older homes (and a few new ones with walkouts) have basements that accumulate decades of storage. We handle everything from "I just want one corner cleared" to "haul the whole thing." Common items: old furniture, sports equipment, holiday decorations, water-damaged storage, kid stuff outgrown years ago.
Attic cleanouts
Attics are where the past lives. Christmas decorations, baby clothes someone meant to save, college boxes from 1998, paperwork from a business that closed a decade ago. We work carefully in attics — heat, dust, sometimes insulation issues. Smaller crew, more time per cubic foot than a typical haul.
Shed cleanouts
Backyard sheds are like garages in miniature — they fill up with lawn equipment, tools, paint, the bike with the flat tire. We can clear out an entire shed in a couple of hours, including demolition of the shed itself if you want it gone too.
Post-renovation cleanouts
You hired a contractor. They did great work. But they left behind broken-up drywall, old cabinets, the bathtub they replaced, packaging from new appliances. We come in after, haul all of it, leave the site clean. Sometimes the contractor includes this in their bid; often they don't.
Storage unit cleanouts
You inherited a storage unit. Or you've been paying $200/month for three years on stuff you never use. Or your tenant left their stuff behind when they moved out. We meet you at the unit, walk through, and clear it on the spot.
Single-item pickup
Just one couch. Just an old mattress. Just a hot tub cover. Just a refrigerator. These are common — most cleanout companies hate them because they're low-margin. We do them anyway. Starting around $100 for a single item, $150-200 for one piece of large furniture or appliance.

General cleanouts range widely depending on volume:
- Single item: $100-200
- Quarter truckload (e.g., small storage unit, one room cleared): $200-350
- Half truckload (e.g., shed, small basement, single attic): $350-600
- Full truckload (e.g., basement, garage, whole-house cleanout): $600-1,200
- Multiple truckloads (e.g., barn cleanout, multi-property clear): $1,200+
