Cleanout Crew Member (Northwest Arkansas)
Description
Cleanout crew members empty homes, rentals and foreclosures across Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas. The work is physical: lifting furniture and appliances, loading trailers, making donation and disposal runs, and sweeping up at the end. It also takes judgment. A lot of what we clear belonged to someone's parent, and part of the job is spotting the photo album or the envelope of papers before it goes in the load.
