Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of bentonvillecleanouts.com (the "Site"), operated by SkyVault Digital LLC as Bentonville Cleanout Pros. By using the Site, you agree to them.

Information on the Site

The Site gives general information about cleanout services in Northwest Arkansas. It is not legal, financial, environmental or safety advice. Local program details we mention, such as city bulky-item pickups and county drop-off sites, come from public sources and can change, so confirm them with the provider.

Estimates and services

Submitting a form or calling does not create a contract. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Services may be performed by independent local providers, whose own terms apply to the work. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure.

Your responsibilities

When you request a cleanout, you confirm that you own the property or are authorized to act for the owner, and that you have the legal right to have its contents removed. For evictions and abandoned property, that includes any notices or waiting periods required by law.

Communications

By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. Text messages are sent only with your consent, as described in our SMS Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site's content and design belong to SkyVault Digital LLC unless noted. Don't copy or reuse it without permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Third-party links

The Site links to outside sites, such as city and county pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
